Terms of Service

The GET1 suite (1LIST, 1PARTNER, 1TALENT and, when released, 1RFP) is operated by CEDAR INNOVATIONS DECORATION DESIGN L.L.C, a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates, licence No. 1398458 ("GET1", "we"). These terms govern your access to and use of the suite's websites and applications.

The applications are provided in beta. They are made available "as is" and "as available": features may change, be suspended or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. We work hard to keep the suite reliable, but a beta is, by nature, a work in progress.

Some features require a GET1 account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Accounts are intended for professionals of architecture, design, decoration and construction acting in the course of business.

You agree not to:

(a) scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the suite; (b) resell or redistribute catalogue data, profiles or directory content without our written consent; (c) use the suite to send unsolicited communications; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the services; (e) use the suite for any unlawful purpose.

The suite uses artificial intelligence to interpret briefs and rank results. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. References, technical specifications, availability and prices shown in the suite are provided for information and must be verified with the relevant Maison, manufacturer or firm before specification, purchase or contracting. GET1 does not warrant the suitability of any reference, firm, talent or tender response for your project.

When you actively request a sample, a quote, an expert input or an introduction, you instruct us to transmit your request, your brief and your professional contact details to the relevant Maison, firm or talent so they can respond. This transmission is the purpose of the feature.

More broadly, by creating an account or using the suite, you acknowledge and agree that (a) your briefs and activity feed the suite's intelligence, (b) partner Maisons, firms and brands receive aggregated, anonymised demand insights, and (c) when you engage with a partner's references, profiles or services, that partner may access your professional profile, contact details and the relevant brief context, as described in our Privacy & data policy.

Certain features are paid (e.g. Partner subscriptions for Maisons, credit packs for studios). The applicable scope, prices, billing and cancellation terms are stated at the point of purchase or in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

The suite, its software, design and content are and remain the property of GET1 or its licensors. Third-party product references, images, brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the suite for your professional needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GET1 shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of the suite, and our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service concerned during the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, as applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or professional protections applicable in your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the suite evolves. The date above reflects the latest version; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
